Haley Harrington is a photographer and imaging specialist currently based in Richmond, Virginia. Her main focus is on examining the relationships between humans and animals, and learning how to improve that connection through photography and communication. She also enjoys observing the smaller details in subjects and making them the focal point in images. Together, these interests coalesce in the idea that photography can push viewers to interpret the micro and macro notions of life.
She was previously a Lead Imaging Technician at National Geographic Society and recently returned to Virginia Commonwealth University to complete her Bachelor degree of Fine Arts in Photography. She’s looking forward to finding a marriage between wildlife conservation and fine art photography.
